Choose Your Prize

Pick what you're playing for, from AirPods and iPhones to laptops, TVs and more. We give away only one prize per competition, and your ticket price is set by the prize you select. Higher-value prizes cost a little more per ticket.

Pick Your Tickets

Choose how many tickets you want: 1, 2, 3, 5, 10 or 20. Each ticket gives you one guess on the image. Your total cost is your ticket count multiplied by the per-ticket price for your chosen prize. More tickets means more chances to land closest to the ball.

Spot The Ball

You're shown a real football match photo with the ball digitally removed. Study the players. Their eyes, body angles and positioning reveal where the ball was. Tap or click to place each guess.

Review Your Order

Once you've placed all your guesses, you'll see an order summary showing your chosen prize, number of guesses, exact coordinates, total price and the winner announcement date. Tap Continue to Checkout when you're ready to pay.

Sign In or Register

Before you can complete checkout, sign in to your existing account or register for free. Your account tracks every entry, ticket purchase and result. Once you're logged in, finish your payment to lock in your guesses. They cannot be changed after confirmation.

Purchase Confirmation

Once your payment goes through, you'll see a confirmation screen. Your entry is locked in and your guesses cannot be changed. We'll notify you when the winner is announced.

Winner Announcement

Every competition has a countdown timer on the homepage. When it runs out, the round closes and our independent panel of judges begins determining the ball's position. The entry closest to that position wins the prize. The winner is then announced on the Past Winners page. You'll also be notified by email if it's you.

Straight answers to the questions we get asked most.

Ticket prices vary by prize, from R3 to R10 per ticket, depending on which prize you choose. You then pick how many tickets you want: 1, 2, 3, 5, 10 or 20. Each ticket gives you one guess on the image. Creating an account is free.
Each ticket gives you one guess (one marker placement) on the game image. You can buy multiple tickets in a single round to place more guesses, each one at a different position to cover more ground and improve your chances.
After the round closes, an independent panel of judges determines the position of the centre of the ball. All entries are then measured against the judges' position, and the player whose guess is closest wins the prize.
In the rare event of a tie, a structured tie-break process applies: first, each player's other entries are compared by proximity; if that doesn't resolve it, the judges make a final decision. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Winners are announced every Friday. Once a round closes, the judges determine the ball position, the winning entry is verified, and the winner is contacted directly. You can track your results and past games in your account at any time.
The ball's position is determined by an independent panel of judges, football experts overseen by a qualified legal professional. The judging process is transparent and the judges' decision is final. PowerPix operates under South African consumer protection guidelines.

Yes. Use a pinch-to-zoom gesture on mobile or your mouse scroll wheel on desktop to zoom into any part of the image. Zooming in gives you pixel-level precision when placing your guess, which can make all the difference.

Reset Zoom Instantly snaps the canvas back to full view at 1× zoom. Appears automatically once you've zoomed in.
Hide / Show UI Hides all the overlay buttons so you get a completely clean view of the image, which is useful when you want to study the photo without any distractions.
Yes. You can adjust your marker before checking out. Simply tap or drag it to a new position. Once you complete your purchase and your entry is confirmed, your guesses are locked in and cannot be changed.
Focus on the players closest to the ball. Their eyes almost always look towards where the ball was. Body posture, foot positioning, and the direction players are leaning or reaching are all strong clues. Take your time. A careful read beats a quick guess every time.
Yes. Every game image goes through a thorough digital editing process to cleanly remove the ball before it's published. No trace of the ball is visible in the image you're shown. The challenge is purely about reading the scene.

Completely free. Creating an account costs nothing. You only pay when you purchase tickets to enter a competition. There are no subscription fees, no hidden charges, and no obligation to play every round.
Yes. You can sign up quickly using your Google account for a one-tap registration. If you prefer, you can always register with your email address and a password instead.
You must be 18 years or older to register and enter competitions on PowerPix. By creating an account you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. Age verification may be required before any prize is released.
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter the email address linked to your account. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
No. Each person is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts to gain additional entries is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently banned. Our systems are designed to detect duplicate registrations.
Head to your Account page after logging in. There you'll find a full history of every round you've entered, your exact guess coordinates, how close you were to the ball, and the outcome of each competition.
If you win, we'll contact you directly via the email address on your account. Winners are announced every Friday. You can also check your results in the app at any time. Your entry will be marked as the winner once verified.
After a round closes, your results page shows the original image with the ball revealed alongside your marker position. You can see exactly how many pixels away your guess was from the ball's centre, and where you ranked among all entries.
Results are published every Friday once the judges have verified the ball position and the winning entry. As soon as results are live, your account will update automatically. No need to refresh or check back manually.
We'll reach out via email to confirm your identity and delivery details. You'll need to provide valid ID to verify you meet the eligibility requirements. Once confirmed, your prize will be arranged for delivery to you. Full prize claim details are in our Terms of Service.
For privacy reasons, individual entries are not publicly visible. After a round closes, you can see the revealed ball position and your own results. The winning entry's position may be shown to illustrate how close the winner was.
